1.  We make every effort to be on time for our patients' appointments and we
      thank you for being on time for your appointment.  This means we will be
      on time for all of the people who have appointments after yours.  Please be
      sure to call ahead to make an appointmet for your pet.  Should you need
      to cancel for any reason, please do so 24 hours before you and your
      pet are scheduled to be here. 

2.       Please be on time for each appointment and allow 40-60 minutes for all 
      procedures and discussions.  If you must change your appointment, please
      contact us ASAP, this allows us to offer your time slot to other clients.

3.   If a client does not show up for an appointment, after the 2nd occurance
      the client will be charged for an exam at the time they call to make their
      next appointment.  The exam fee can be charged to any major credit card
      over the phone.

4.   Thank you for allowing us to care for your pet.
